Q1. Can I get a learners permit in FNDI's Premises? If yes, what are it's charges and the timings?
A. Yes. We have police traffic branch in our institute. File opening can be done between 07:30 AM to 2:30 PM. It cost Dhs. 30/-.
Q2. Does the training courses include Police Test Fees?
A. The Police Test Fees are exclusive of the package. The package includes only charges for the training classes. Road test fees is Dhs. 70/- for Light Motor Vehicles and Dhs. 150/- for Heavy Vehicle Truck and Heavy Vehicle Bus, and Shovel Dhs. 50/-.
Q3. Does the Institute guarantee a student getting the license within the registered classes?
A. Getting the license depends upon the students performance. Sometimes a student passes in less than the registered number of classes and other times, requires more classes.
Q4. Does the Institute permit female students to be trained by gent instructors?
A. No, ladies are taught only by lady instructors in Fujairah National Driving Institute. FNDI's rule does not allow ladies to be trained by gents or mixed with gents.
Q5. What if I have my country licence, how can this help me?
A. It will help you in registering for the refreshment courses, but you will have to re-attend all types of tests except those who are citizens of one of the countries exempted by a decision of the Minesterial Council.
Q6. What documents are required for registering at FNDI?

- NOC letter from sponsor
- Medical report (Eye test, blood test, finger print test)
Q7. Do I have to go to the Fujairah Traffic Department to collect my license?
A. Yes for the time being, but as soon, we are going to give in-house license issuing.
